We want you to feel confident and radiant in every SOLÉ piece you choose. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with their original packaging and tags attached.

Items must be free of damage, alterations, or signs of wear.

Proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items on sale and promotional purchases are also final sale unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: info@shopmysole.com. Damage claims must include clear photos of the item, original packaging, and shipping box. SOLÉ reserves the right to review all claims before approving a replacement, exchange, or refund.
